Your tasks

As Online Growth Manager, your task will be to develop and implement strategies for generating global B2B leads via various online channels. 

In concrete terms, this means:

  • Market research: Research on current trends & technologies as well as determination of the target group and markets using various data analyses.
  • Online campaigns: Design of advertising formats as well as the creation of funnels & landing pages.
  • Campaign management: Your employer provides the budget and you decide how best to use it. 
  • Lead qualification: You contact the leads you have acquired, present the product to them and ideally close the sale.

Your profile

  • As you will be working directly and independently in an area of responsibility, you  need several years’ experience in B2B online lead generation.
  • A perfect command of English is essential, other language skills are beneficial.
  • You require experience in Ads budget responsibility and knowledge of different sales techniques.
  • You bring strong analytical and communication skills to the table.
  • Global experience and knowledge in the robotics space is a plus.
