Would you like to use your years of experience as a Transport Manager or Dispatcher  and your network in the transport industry to help build up the team in Vienna? 

Our client is a transport company with his headquarter in Kramsach (Tyrol), which has recently opened a new office in Vienna. Currently there are working two employees and now they are looking for an experienced Dispatcher (mIwId) to expand the team and the customer base.

Your tasks

Your day-to-day work as a dispatcher could include the following tasks:

• Responsibility, planning and realisation of transports 
• Tracking and monitoring of transports
• Depending on your network in the industry, you can choose which countries you focus on
• Supporting existing customers and acquiring new customers 
• Creating orders and processing freight invoices

Your profile as a Dispatcher

• At least 3 years of experience as a dispatcher or comparable positions 
• A network of customers and freight forwarders in the industry 
• Very good knowledge of English (in words and writing), knowledge of German would be a plus.
• Nice-to-have: Other foreign languages
