They focus on competent consulting in the following fields of action: strategy & planning, software & CX development, organisational growth & leadership. Your Tasks

• Development of backends or microservice-like services in Java, PHP or with the help of JavaScript-based frameworks such as NestJS
• Collaboration in the creation of architecture and design for enterprise solutions
• Programming event-based approaches with Kafka and processing with observables
• Data storage and creating persistence with the help of NoSQL or SQL
• Developing and operating solutions according to the DevOps approach “You build it, you run it, you own it”
• Procedure for product development using Scrum and other agile methods and tools
• Further development and optimisation of development and company processes and workflows

Your Profile

• Passion for the conception and development of high-quality software, as well as the constant desire to learn new things
• Understanding of essential software concepts and the interaction of the components
• Interest in new technologies such as blockchain, IoT, smart contracts
• Experience in the development of full-stack applications (classic 3-tier model) using modern tech stacks such as MEAN
• Experience with methodical approaches to software development, software testing and debugging
• You are no stranger to methodical approaches based on agile frameworks such as Scrum and have ideally already used tools such as Atlassian Jira for collaborative work
• Ability to question backlog prioritisation and dependency management
• Proactively address and coordinate issues
• When developing, you put your heart and soul into the product and don’t just work through a list of requirements
• Experience in working with smaller agile teams
• You enjoy being part of a company in which you actively shape and co-determine things
• Very good command of English
